Once you have your own 'grains', they will grow rapidly, allowing you to produce enough Kefir for you and your family. Ensuring a plentiful supply of 'probiotics' for you and your family.
This can be drunk 'as is', or blended with fruits/honey for delicious 'smoothies'. There are other things to do with Kefir too. e.g. Kefir is a vital ingredient if you want to make 'Soda Bread'.
